My Felicity her legs seem to be very wobbley do any of you think I should send her in, She is not Pre-Mattel. I have sent one doll in already once. How should I pack her up If I send her, should I just take her when I go to my NYC trip, If I can still go? She can't even really stand alone. Help please!!

If you are going to an AGP i would take her there. It saves you the money for shipping one way, and she can spend a nice day out with you before you send her to the hospital.

I'm not really sure its not about the 2 weeks, just does she really need it she is a year old almost a year in March. They might just send me a new doll. My friend also had a Felicity, her limbs also got loose like this. Her Felicity went there a couple of times but not to New York, plus she was younger at the time, ethier she cut off the limbs or they really did get loose. She might have had a Pre-Mattel Lissy I think.

The doll should be able to stand on it's own- especially if it is so new. My Lissie is from 1991/1992 and she stands still.
If you have not played roughly with it, accidentally dropped it, or it fell off the shelf when a door slammed or someone stomped upstairs, than it seems like it is a manufactoring defect. If any of these things happened, then the strings probably loosened.

If you want her to stand, then you should get it fixed. If she mostly sits or you have doll stands, then you don't need to spend the money unless you want too.

I would call CS first. Have your order number for Felicity handy. Loose-limbed Felicitys are fairly common recently. I got one in July. Tell them you've had the problem all along, but now have realized it really is an issue you can't live with.
They may offer to send you a new doll and send label for the one you have. You can switch out their meet outfits, and no trip to the hospital will be necessary.

Yeah, I would think that both of those might be covered by return policy. She should be able to sit on her own horse!!

Oh, I so relate. I got a loose-limbed Lissie over the summer. Her legs swung back and forth. The replacement I got still had loose legs, but they weren't as bad. I bonded with her. If it gets any worse I might send her in for tightening. Let us know what you decide!

We got our Felicity in June. We had to return her. Her limbs were very loose. I have to say that our replacement Felicity is not much better. I don't know why she is so loose-limbed. We have not even put her on the horse. Ours also would not stand on her own. Perhaps we should take her with us on our trip to Chicago so that she can be sent to the doll hospital . . .
